  1. Interesting, isn't it? Bugliosi (sp?) must be interested in using this as a precedent for prosecuting Bush on Iraq.

  2. Yeah, I thought the same thing. Bugilosi spoke in Vermont before the election. Charlotte Dennett, the Progressive candidate for VT attorney general had vowed, if elected - she wasn't - to prosecute Bush and Cheney and would have appointed Bugilosi as special prosecutor.
