IT'S NOT A DOG'S LIFE

She said "only the little people pay taxes," as a hotelier she treated her employes with disdain, and apparently Trouble got cheated, too. Leona Helmsley left instructions that a trust valued at $5 billion to $8 billion be used for the welfare of dogs. What Mrs Helmsley has done has been done before by Geraldine Dodge: the St Hubert's Animal Welfare Center in Madison, NJ was initially established back in 1939.
